Disinfect all patients rooms between patients.
All staff and providers will wear surgical / procedural face masks.
Schedule patients in a way so there will be minimal patients in common areas.
Room patients quickly upon arrival to minimize any waiting time.
Maintain social distancing to minimize direct contact between individuals.
Prepare for your visit:
If you feel sick, it is imperative to reschedule your appointment. When you arrive at Baptist Eastpoint, you may be screened and temperature checked.

Please complete all of the new patient paperwork prior to your appointment. This will decrease wait time for you and allow us to expedite your visit and time spent in our office.
Face Mask
Per the CDC guidelines, we require that all patients must wear a face mask at all times while in our office. We will not provide these to patients, so bring your own mask.
